When I click the Ministering Assigned this is what happens (No companionships have been created.) How do I regenerate new companionships?? Help!! Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

No companionships have been created.
I am the new RS Sec. in our ward. We have been working on Proposed Assignments and had them approved by the Bishop so pushed the publish new assignments. What it did has wipe out everything
When I click the Ministering Assigned this is what happens (No companionships have been created.) How do I regenerate new companionships?? Help!! Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
