Contact your ward clerk and tell him your new address. You can either contact the clerk for your old address or the clerk for the new address. The unit that serves your address can be found by entering your address into the Meetinghouse Locator app found on the Church website. Click on the primary unit listed to show the contact number for the bishop. He can give you the contact information for the clerk.
