Young Woman Online Donations

I'm trying to set up my daughter's debit card for online donations. It keeps telling me to add an email address which I have and it's been verified. She is 13.

I keep getting this error: /protected/profile Not Found.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

In the USA it is my understanding that the donation funds have to come directly from a checking or savings account. I don't believe a debit card will work, even if it is linked to such an account. The Church is doing ACH debits from either a checking or savings account the member authorizes. Have you tried putting in the routing number and actual account number for the bank account?
