Instructions to obtain Patriarchal Blessing

Hi Ward Clerk here,

This morning the Bishop asked me to print (today, Sunday) the instructions for a member he has interviewed and authorized, to receive a Patriarchal Blessing.
Something about making the appointment with the Patriarch and etc.

I can't see any way in LCR for me to do this. Apparently there is a 'second' system to login to and print the information from there? PBSS or something like that?
The Bishops home printer apparently was not working this morning.

So,... The Bishop ended up printing the information on the clerks office computer today. I told him that apparently I don't have access to print that information. (I did not see it listed on the LCR access table.)

I haven't been a clerk for a few years, but I think the PB system is like the MORS system in that the bishop must grant the clerk access to the system.

Please correct me if I am wrong about that.
