Can't find uploaded docs in the Missionary Online Recommendation System

I'm a stake clerk, and the stake president has had me transcribe the completed medical/dental forms in the Missionary Online Recommendation System a few times so far with little difficulty.
This time; however, instead of providing the scanned copies directly, he somehow uploaded them into the system and told me they're available there.
I've searched all over in the system for the uploaded files, but am not able to find them. The stake president is at YM's camp this week and unable to log in to describe to me where exactly they are. He just thought they were in something like a "documents and photo" section.
Can anyone here direct me on where I should be able to find these?

Former stake clerk here, unless something has changed, the paper forms are to be entered into the system by the stake clerk and the paper retained by the stake for a certain period of time after the mission was over. I don't believe there was anything about uploading the forms. Hopefully the stake president still has the papers and can give them to you after he returns from camp. In the meantime, you could call the GSD and see if they can see them and tell you where or email them back to you if they can be found on their end.

I believe there's some functions that stake clerks do not get automatically, but have to have assigned to them by the president in LCR. It's possible this is one of them.
