Temple Appointments Unavailable and MSRN missing?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Temple Appointments Unavailable and MSRN missing?

Recently, I am unable to access the online temple appointment scheduler. My membership is in good standing and I have an active temple recommend. My only clue is that when I sign in I am now prompted to add a membership record number, but when I follow the link I am taken to a page that already has my number on it. How can I restore my account's functionality?

I suggest you try incognito mode. A number of church websites have problems with cookie buildup.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Good idea...... except, I've already tried both clearing my cookies and incognito mode, and I've tried this on multiple devices. So I think it has to do with my account proper and not with my browser or devices.

What happens when you try to view the ward directory or calendar on-line? I'm wondering if your membership record got moved into limbo.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I just confirmed with my bishopric that my records were moved to limbo. Maybe a bit hasty since I only moved a week and a half ago and haven't gotten my records transferred yet, but thanks for the help!

It sounds like you moved to a new ward. If so, have the new ward move your records in. The Meetinghouse Locator should give you a phone number for your new bishop.
