Failed to Log in for Seminary

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Failed to Log in for Seminary

When I sign in to my account, It tells me "Failed to Log In
Canvas doesn't have an account for user: [number removed]

You can try to log in again."

I do not see anything here to help me. I'm trying to get into my seminary class. My parents registered me. Help!!!!! :shock: :?

I am in the same boat. I am stuck in a loop and there is no help. Can anyone explain this? Thanks!

I recommend you reach out to whomever is over Seminary in your ward or stake. Unless someone on this user-to-user mutual help forum has experience that can chime in, you may not receive anything timely enough to be useful.

Something you can try is incognito/private mode. Many church web pages have problems with cookie buildup that causes all kinds of strange problems.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

You should also make sure your Church Account has your MRN on it.
