I can't get my middle name to stop displaying

Hello,
I have been trying for years to stop my name on all church accounts to stop displaying my middle name.

I don't use my middle name in any documentations.

I have set my display name to only my first and last name - but somehow my middle name is still showing up everywhere.

I have asked several times clerks how to fix this and they have not been able to figure it out.

It would be wonderful if you could tell me why my middle name displays 100% of the time when I have updated my profile and display name.

Isn't there a preferred name field somewhere on the record in LCR? Have you tried that?

Since you say you've updated your profile, I'd suggest asking the clerks to update your "preferred name" on your membership record. They may out may not be aware of that field.
