Online vs. Tools calendar discrepancy
I fulfill the role of "building representative," responsible for organizing the cleaning of our stake center on a weekly basis. I check the Tools calendar each week to schedule our cleaning to avoid conflicts with other planned activities. However, I recently discovered that I'm unable to view all the events scheduled at the stake center using Tools. The only way to do so is by logging into the church's website, accessing my calendar online, and checking the "stake center" box on the left. There have been multiple instances where we've encountered difficulties cleaning the building while it's in use because the calendar in Tools doesn't reflect all the scheduled events. Please fix this discrepancy.

Requesting this in the Tech Form will get nothing done. The forum is user-to-user discussion and collaborative self help. Use the in-app Send Feedback feature found in the Help menu to report this to the decision makers.

Re: Online vs. Tools calendar discrepancy
This sounds like another case of "if the building is not in use, then I can use it". That always leads to problems eventually.
In this case, an event could have been added since you last looked. It's far better to schedule the cleanup as an event. If the system allows the event, then there's no conflict and the building will be blocked off from being scheduled during that time. If they need to use it, they'll need to contact you to change the "event".
