Who can I contact about one of the domains that the church uses to forward to thechurchofjesuschrist.org?

Hi! You could try using the Feedback link at the bottom of the main Church website (ChurchofJesusChrist.org).
Note that "TheChurchofJesusChrist.org" (with "the") is a different Restoration denomination headquartered in Pennsylvania. For The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, you'll want "ChurchofJesusChrist.org" (without "the").
