Duplicate IROPs for FSY attendance
We had four of our nine units in our stake be invoiced twice for FSY charges. It seems that the wards were invoiced on 8/13/24 and then again on 8/19/24. Without realizing the duplication, the bishops authorized the transfer (and I wouldn't expect a bishop to take the time to reconcile attendance reports with previously invoiced transactions). I've called and left a message on the number on the invoice, but is there a way for the ward to retract authorization?

I spoke with someone this morning who shared it is a known technical issue that they are working on resolving and the erroneous transfers should be corrected and returned automatically.

Re: Duplicate IROPs for FSY attendance
When a bishop 'approves' a IROP, it doesn't actually affect whether the transaction occurs or not. it just indicates that the Bishop approved the expense for auditing purposes. If the bishop doesn't approve an IROP, the expense is still there and it still hits your budget. It will just trigger an audit exception indicating that someone made an expense that the Bishop didn't authorize.jdpalmer wrote: Mon Aug 26, 2024 10:09 am We had four of our nine units in our stake be invoiced twice for FSY charges. So for a FSY IROP the actual expenses were previously authorized by the bishop when he authorized youth to attend. So there is really no reason for the bishop to not approve the IROP. If there is a mistake, you have to call support to resolve it (as you did).
