I use this General Conference site extensively. Many happy smilies!
I love being able to look at the organization of speakers by APOSTLES! It is great to look at early talks by these men. Even more happy smilies!!

BUT, you have not put Elder Kieran on this organizational level.

Welcome to the Forum! For your awareness, the Tech Forum primarily serves as a location for user-to-user self-help and discussion. Almost all Forum participants are regular church members like yourself, and the Forum is not connected to the official Church support systems.

The correct way to request a fix like what you describe, is to use the Feedback functionality that is available at the bottom of most Church webpages, and inside Church apps. It doesn't matter which Feedback method you use, simply state where you see the issue (Church YouTube site) and what you see. That will get the feedback into the Church system for processing.
