Hi,
When looking to purchase items from the LDS Store the following message is displayed;
We are currently unable to process credit or debit card orders. Please visit your local distribution center to make purchases.
Can someone please advise when this will be rectified? Living a significant distance from a distribution center makes it very difficult to source face to face,
Processing credit and debit cards

There's a very slight chance you might be seeing symptoms of the cookie build-up problem. If you see the problem go away when using private or incognito mode, then clear your browser's cache and delete relevant cookies. If not and it's a central problem, hopefully it will be fixed soon. How long have you seen the symptoms?

Re: Processing credit and debit cards
Thanks for the reply. I don't believe it is a cookie build up problem as I've cleared all history, used different browsers and also used incognito mode. It has been an issue since probably middle December and I expected it would go away over the new year, perhaps the Church as changing payment providers etc but still present. Should also add that I am located in Australia...rmrichesjr wrote: Wed Jan 21, 2026 9:38 pm There's a very slight chance you might be seeing symptoms of the cookie build-up problem. Yes, that's an important little detail. It's entirely possible the problem is specific to Australia. There should be a phone number or email address available on the site for customer service. If it were me, I'd call that number. The folks there probably know more about the specific situation.brent_oz wrote: Thu Jan 22, 2026 3:43 am ... Should also add that I am located in Australia...
Thanks.
