how to aquire new cameras for broadcasts

Hello, hopefully someone here will know the answers.
Our stake recently split. We now have a building that has become a stake building. I have recently been called as STS. I have been in this calling 3 times before so its not new to me. However, things have changes some since I was last in this calling. I need to know who I contact at SL, to request new equipment. such as a PTZ camera, laptop, cabling and so on to outfit our new stake building so we can do webcasting of conferences and such. The FM group in our area is of very little help, and its like squeezing lemonade to get any help from them.
Any suggestions/help is appreciated.

Unless things have changed, FM should be obtaining and installing the camera. Everything else is going to have to be purchased by the local unit (ward/stake).

If this is indeed a newly built stake center, you should have all the latest audio & video tech as standard equipment. If the building is lacking key items, such as a PTZ camera and cabling, let your PFR go to bat for you when dealing with your FM group. (Assuming a PFR has been called.) FM likes to deal with a single point of contact and that's usually the PFR. If that's unsuccessful, have your PFR get your new stake president involved. Of course, do that as a last resort. I'm sure your SP has a whole lot on his plate right now.

this is an old building that has been converted to be a stake center so it does not have any of the new technology in it, except I think it may have network and APs installed. But no video stuff. In fact it does not even have an audio crab-box! The current FM group for our region is horrible to deal with. It could take months or longer to get anything from them. As for computer, I was told all we have available is a "clerks" laptop. I guess I will need to meet with our new stake pres. and perhaps he can escalate it up the ladder.

If the clerks are using a laptop, it's likely a Chromebook, not Windows.
