Issues and troubleshooting the church MEET publishing page

On the "meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Home" page I can see the Stake Conference Webinars that I created but when i click the publish button they don't show up in either the gospel stream app or on the local events of the media broadcasts page of the Church's site. Last conference it published one but not the other and I couldn't get help before the actual event. I have several weeks this time and hopefully can resolve this issue in time. I have made a bypass by manually publishing them on each wards webpage but not many people use them yet.

Any help would be appreciated as the Tech wiki page doesn't address troubleshooting issues or mention a time frame of when they will be actually published after clicking the publish button.
