Here is my situation:

We have a newly-baptized member. His wife has stated that she was baptized in 1985, but she has not been active since. I was aksed to located her records.

I did this under three different names (maiden, and two married names) and all of the requests came back unable to locate records. I told the full-time elders this and we dropped it.

Yesterday I received a copy of a letter that was given to this sister in 1985 by the then mission president congratulating her on her baptism.

Obviously I need to talk live with someone at CHQ. How do I do this and to whom do I talk?
