I moved from Michigan to Colorado at the end of March 2026. Records were transferred to my new ward in early April 2026. Today I received an email titled "Local Church Community Activities." The email sender was listed as "communications@seek.churchofjesuschrist.org"
It was all about upcoming activities in my old ward and stake in Michigan.
I realize that many church systems are tied together and it takes some time for changes to propagate through the system, but going on 3 months now and it's still pointing to my old ward and stake? Seems like there might be a bug in the system. (And I'd really like to be informed about local church community activities and support the things going on in my local area in Colorado.)
Any suggestions????

Unless something has changed in the last two days, I don't think that email is from "Send a message" in LCR. So I'm guessing it's from the calendar system.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I will try this, but my iPhone calendar is sync'ed to the correct calendar.
I would still classify this as a work-around to a known issue (bug report).

It's a known issue. One of the questions in Frequently Asked Questions about Calendar is "I moved to a new ward, but I am still getting calendar reminders from my old ward. How can that be stopped?"
I find it odd that you say your iPhone is connected to the new ward, since I'd think you'd have to re-setup the sync when you moved. Meaning, you had to have logged into the calendar post-move. There's no direct mapping of calendars from one ward to the next, so I don't see how it could be done automatically.
I could see Member Tools doing something, but not the calendar sync.
