Ward Missionary Subcategory of Ward Missionary Category

My ward has 8 missionaries' names on the dropdown list of ward missionary subcategories. Some ward members donate to the Ward Missionary subcategory rather than selecting a subcategory by name. So, we have thousands of dollars in the ward missionary subcategory of the ward missionary category; but the attached screenshot of the Income and Expense Details webpage indicates the balance of that subcategory is zero (no results found). Fortunately, the Income and Expense Summary webpage has the correct information for the ward missionary subcategory of the ward missionary category.

While you are on the line with the Global Services Department (GSD) for the situations you posted in this post and this other post I recommend you have them start a trouble ticket for the situation you describe here.
