Welfare Help Cellphone Bill, Can’t Pay with Check
Have a welfare need in the ward, the member uses Boost Mobile which will not accept a personal check as payment. What’s the best procedure for that?

Consider making helping with other bills as outlined in 22.4.3 (Provide Resources or Services Rather Than Cash).

There are several threads on similar issues. Usually, a member of the bishopric or RS president can make a payment with their debit/credit card and get reimbursed. The bishop may authorize another member who is willing and able to do it.
