Dissolution / Discontinuation of a Ward

Hi all, seeking any tips you might have on the process for dissolution of a ward. This is what I have found so far:

* General procedures for discontinuation (https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/too ... s?lang=eng) (basically, move records using the LCR boundary realignment tool, shred temple recommend books, membership records, and unused checks, give financial records to the stake clerk, and transfer missionary charges to the new units)

* Audit procedures (https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/too ... s?lang=eng) (basically, ask the Stake President whether he wants to conduct an audit).

* Delete future calendar events.

* Ask stake clerk to check with church IT for what to do with the computer equipment.

* Ask members to return keys.

* Last call for reimbursements.

I think the boundary changes themselves will be the easiest part, so am wondering if anyone else has been through the process recently and has any suggestions on other things that are not covered by the above--any tips or tricks are welcome.
