Emailing Missionaries

My friend is currently on her mission and most of the time we send voice memos to eachother through email. She sayed she can't listen to them anymore because they've been blocked, but she can still see the rest of the email. And she can't listen to any of the past ones either. Anyone know how to fix this? I can't see a reason to the church actually blocking this.

She should contact her mission's technology specialist or the mission secretary and ask them to help.

I don't know for sure, but a potential reason they could be blocked is that audio takes more storage space than text. There are limits to how much storage each account can have, and going over those limits may cost the Church more. Another potential reason could be missionaries sharing music MP3s via email, which could open up the Church to legal/copyright issues, so all audio files blocked.

The answer above is correct – officially requesting changes to missionary email settings would need to go through the mission.
