Ordinances Not Appearing in Member Tools
I am the ward clerk. When I open a male member’s Membership Information in the Member Tools app, only his birth date appears. None of the ordinances performed 1997-2005 (as recorded in LCR) appear in the (Apple or Android) app .

A standard (and very helpful) suggestion for cases like this, is to try "Settings=>Refresh Data". At times the sync process seems to get broken with incomplete or missing data, and most of the time a Refresh Data will resolve the issue.jagflynn wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 2:11 pm I am the ward clerk.
