incorrect info in my ward directory

incorrect info in my ward directory

When I log into lds.org with my own username and password...and I click on my ward directory...it doesn't show my correct ward (not even in the correct city)...or my correct household. It actually shows me somebody else's information (and I can actually edit it). Does somebody know if they crossed the wires when programming the ward directory!?? :)

I have logged in before and have seen the correct information before (the last time I logged in was a couple of months ago to upload our photos and update our family's information).

Anybody have any ideas what I'm not seeing the correct info?

I also have the LDS Tools App for Android and my info shows up fine there...help!

I'd suggest going into ldsaccount.lds.org and verifying your information. Then using the contact information found in the "Help" link. By in large, this forum is made up of other users. We wouldn't be able to help you directly if it's a problem that the church as to fix.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

I verified my information going to ldsaccount.lds.org and all of my info is correct...that still doesn't explain why I am seeing incorrect info when I login to lds.org with my LDSAccount and seeing somebody else's info in the ward directory area...any other ideas?? I don't even know how to contact anybody at church headquarters...where do I call or e-mail??

Work with your ward clerk. The problem may be something he has to fix, or in any case he will know how to contact Church headquarters.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

I would use the ldsaccount support. Review the FAQ page and if none of the questions posed address your issue (and I don't think they will), select the option on the bottom "What if my issue is not listed here?", select "Contact our support team" and follow the instructions.
