Time Zones on New Calendar

Time Zones on New Calendar

How am I to know which time zone to use for the new calendaring system, if I live in the Salt Lake Valley. I not that we are mountain time, but I am unable to find that in the pull down list. I am unfamiliar with UTC numbers or GMT. Can you help me out.

Select "America/Denver" -- that's how you select Mountain Time
